Planning, Design and re-development of 10.6 km stretch of Ring Road, Rajkot, with BRT system and NMT infrastructure.

Detailed planning, designs, working drawings, for BRTS as well NMT operations, ITS system design, road engineering and profile design, bid document preparation etc., has been carried out for 10.6 km stretch of Ring Road Pilot from Gondal Bypass Circle to Madhapar Junction in Rajkot. The detailed tasks included site studies (including traffic data analysis) to formulate urban street (network) planning and design solution (including intersection location and planning) development of DPR, preparation of GAD drawings (including carriageway, junctions, pedestrian infrastructure, bicycle infrastructure, bus lanes, street furniture, signage, services design, pavement marking designs, etc.), preparation of working drawings, detailed junction design, signal phase designing, services (drainage, lighting, telecom, etc.) designing, etc. Additional responsibilities included assisting the Project Management Consultant (PMC) to manage execution and making presentation to various government organizations and stakeholders.
