Parking Demand Estimation and Access Planning for Office Complex

The project involved assessment of private vehicle parking demand for a proposed office complex at Okhla, Delhi, and to assess the requirement for urban and traffic intervention to improve pedestrian and vehicular access to the site. The project tasks included undertaking primary surveys in a 200 to 500m catchment area of the site and propose redevelopment plans to improve vehicular and pedestrian circulation and access and to estimate mode wise demand for parking at the site. The project team also provided advisory support in planning and design of parking and multi-modal access infrastructure for the building.
