Urban road re-development including preparation of DPR, general alignment and good for construction drawings, analysis in BEAD and signal planning for 35.5 Km BRTS Corridors in PUNE

Analysis of traffic data and other survey data to plan and re-develop urban road network including 3 corridors totalling 35.5km. The tasks included preparation of detailed project report (DPR) including General Alignment Drawings (GAD), bill of quantities (BoQ), specifications and analysing the planned corridors in BEAD along with signal planning and detailed designs for 30 intersections. Site studies (including traffic data analysis) to formulate urban street (network) planning and design solution (including intersection location and planning) development of DPR, preparation of GAD drawings (including carriageway, junctions, pedestrian infrastructure, bicycle infrastructure, bus lanes, street furniture, signage, services design, pavement marking designs, etc.), preparation of working drawings, detailed junction design, signal phase designing, providing BEAD analysis of the corridors. Additional responsibilities included assisting the Project Management Consultant (PMC) to manage execution.
