BEAD is an interactive *.xls based interactive tool which allows engineers, planners, designers and decision makers to make a comparative evaluation against any proposed changes in the features (and their configuration) in a (BRT) system. Identification of the indicators, developing and benchmarking of indicators for the evaluation. Appling weightages based on comprehensive stakeholder-based reviews gathered from different cities. Finalization of the modelling tool. Presentation to various government organizations.
